About the Role

As a Transaction Tax Senior Manager based in Plymouth, you will lead engagements that guide clients through the tax dimensions of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other significant transactions. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to shape strategy, mentor talented professionals, and contribute to one of the most respected names in U.S. accounting and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct transaction tax engagements, advising clients on the tax implications of acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings.
• Identify planning opportunities and potential exposures, translating technical analysis into practical recommendations.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients of every size, both domestically and internationally.
• Coach, develop, and review the work of junior team members to elevate overall quality and capability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across the firm to deliver integrated, well-rounded advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in transaction tax, M&A tax, or a closely related advisory discipline.
• Strong command of federal and state transaction tax principles and their real-world application.
• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing engagements and mentoring staff.
• Excellent communication abilities for explaining sophisticated tax concepts to diverse audiences.
