- Manage processes for preserving Games-related artifacts and memorabilia contributing to LA28's legacy
- Track progress on knowledge transfer milestones, manage risks, and provide executive-level reporting
- Lead development of the LA28 Observer Program for future OCOGs: define learning objectives, coordinate workshops and venue visits, facilitate operational briefings, and guide post-Games knowledge sessions
- Direct team members supporting Observer Program execution and stakeholder engagement
- Serve as strategic partner to VP on functional priorities, resource allocation, and long-term planning
- Lead cross-functional working groups integrating Observer Program and knowledge transfer initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in program leadership, strategic planning, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, consulting, or large-scale operations
- Proven ability to develop strategy and deliver new programs and processes from concept to execution
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders and evolving requirements
- Demonstrated skill translating strategic objectives into scalable programs and measurable outcomes
- Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Preferred: Direct Games, multi-sport event, or major cultural institution experience; meticulous organizational skills; self-directed work style; multilingual background or international experience
