Senior Manager, Data Center Commissioning

Oracle is hiring a Senior Manager, Data Center Commissioning in Nashville, Tennessee to take ownership of the full commissioning lifecycle across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data center builds. About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Data Center Commissioning, you will direct and govern the commissioning (Cx) process for OCI projects from the earliest stages of design intent all the way through integrated systems testing, turnover, and final operational acceptance. Your work guarantees that the critical infrastructure powering Oracle's data centers performs reliably from day one. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and govern the end-to-end commissioning lifecycle for OCI data center programs.
• Translate design intent into validated, fully operational infrastructure through structured Cx phases.
• Oversee integrated systems testing, equipment turnover, and operational acceptance milestones.
• Verify the performance of critical systems, including electrical, mechanical, and controls/BMS infrastructure.
• Ensure life safety and supporting low-voltage systems meet readiness and compliance standards before handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep commissioning aligned with project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading commissioning programs for data centers or comparable critical-infrastructure facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls/BMS, life safety, and low-voltage building systems.
• Proven ability to manage the commissioning process across design, testing, turnover, and acceptance phases.
• Skilled in governing complex technical programs and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Nashville, Tennessee.
