As Senior Logistics & Transportation Manager, you will guide a team and a network of vendors, vehicles, and processes that sustain dependable, day-to-day site support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise logistics staff and supporting resources, providing daily leadership and direction.
• Oversee transportation activities, including the coordination and routing of vehicles and deliveries.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and delivery workflows to keep site support functions moving without interruption.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and monitor the performance of third-party service providers.
• Support asset management and oversee the operational services tied to site administration.
• Maintain smooth, reliable processes across all areas of logistics and facility support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading logistics, transportation, or site operations teams.
• Strong people-management skills, with the ability to direct staff and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Working knowledge of shipping and receiving, delivery coordination, fleet or vehicle oversight, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with asset support and site administration responsibilities.
• Availability to work onsite in Charleston, West Virginia in a full-time capacity.
