We are currently seeking a Senior Internship Program Advisor to join our team at ParentSquare and Winchester Public Schools in Winchester, Massachusetts. The role involves overseeing the Senior Internship program, working closely with the Administrative Team to plan timelines for internship deadlines and meetings, holding information sessions for students and families, distributing the internship handbook, and communicating important deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Plan the timeline for internship deadlines and meetings in collaboration with the Administrative Team
• Hold information sessions for students and families to provide guidance on the internship process
• Distribute the internship handbook to students, families, faculty advisors, and site supervisors
• Communicate with students and families about important deadlines for applications and other requirements

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in program management or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, faculty advisors, and site supervisors
• The ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong leadership qualities to guide and support interns throughout their programs
