What This Role Involves

The Sales Intern is responsible for learning the three phases of business that Aerotek supports within a local operation. These include Recruiting, Account Management, and Field Support with a heavy emphasis on sales.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in the sales process by engaging potential clients and building relationships.
• Support account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Aid in field support activities to provide on-site assistance as needed.
• Contribute to the overall growth of business operations through active participation in various projects.

What You Bring

Candidates should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. A background in sales or related fields is preferred but not required. Interns will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience.
