Role Overview

This role supports a luxury apartment community of approximately 170 residential units by performing a wide range of interior maintenance and repair tasks. The Maintenance Technician ensures that apartments, common areas, and amenities such as the pool, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue area remain safe, functional, and in top condition.

Core Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas
• Ensure all units are clean, safe, and habitable for residents
• Maintain the functionality of amenities such as the pool, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue area
• Respond to resident requests for service promptly and efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in residential property maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in residential maintenance
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
