Core Duties

• Initiate, negotiate, and execute contracts with physicians, hospitals, and other providers
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform contract strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the development of overall contracting strategy for the organization

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or provider contracting, preferably within a health insurance company setting
• A proven track record of successful contract negotiations and agreements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in healthcare regulations and compliance
