• Define and prioritize user stories and epics in the product backlog based on member needs and market trends
• Facilitate regular sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to keep projects on track

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Product Owner who has experience in product management within the healthcare industry. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet member needs.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices
• Experience in healthcare industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Achieved results in driving product development and delivery
