As a full-time professional, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout their home financing journey, combining product expertise with consultative service to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Originate and structure home mortgage loans, evaluating borrower financial profiles and matching them with appropriate loan products
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing personalized guidance on rates, terms, down payment options, and loan programs
• Educate borrowers about Chase Home Lending offerings, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo products
• Coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan delivery
• Meet sales and service metrics while maintaining compliance with lending regulations and company standards
• Generate business through client referrals and community engagement in the Norridge and surrounding area

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record originating residential mortgages with strong closing ability
• Comprehensive understanding of home lending products, underwriting guidelines, and mortgage processes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients
• Client-focused mindset with commitment to delivering consultative service and building long-term relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid mortgage license in Illinois or ability to obtain one
