As Senior Healthcare Compliance Audit Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our compliance framework. What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough compliance audits across all laboratory departments and operational areas

- Identify compliance gaps and develop actionable remediation plans with department leadership
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to executive leadership

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of healthcare compliance, audit, or quality assurance experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Deep knowledge of CLIA regulations, CAP accreditation standards, and healthcare compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to design and execute complex compliance audits
- Strong understanding of clinical pathology operations and laboratory processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented approach to compliance documentation and record management
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional compliance initiatives
- Relevant certification such as CAP or CLIA preferred
