About the Role

As a Senior Growth Consultant - US Based Remote (Midwest), you will partner directly with Coldwell Banker franchise owners to advance growth and brand engagement across your assigned "Book of Business." Your mandate centers on three connected pillars — Retention, Growth, and Optimization — with each tied to measurable performance targets and the delivery of a world-class franchisee experience on behalf of Anywhere Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute growth and brand engagement plans for Coldwell Banker franchisees within your territory.
• Strengthen franchisee retention by serving as a trusted, consultative business partner.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities that move agreed-upon growth metrics forward.
• Optimize franchisee operations and performance against defined goals and benchmarks.
• Act as the connective link between franchise partners and the broader Anywhere Real Estate organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in growth consulting, franchise support, business development, or a related field.
• A consultative, relationship-driven approach to working with independent business owners.
• Comfort owning performance metrics and translating data into actionable strategy.
• Strong communication skills suited to a field-based, territory-focused role serving the Midwest.
