What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain complete web applications from user interface through server and data layers as a Senior Fullstack Engineer.
• Own architecture decisions that keep systems reliable, scalable, and maintainable for remote Latin America#LATAM stakeholders.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to turn requirements into clean, production-ready features.
• Perform code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and guide less experienced team members.
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning frontend frameworks, backend services, and data stores.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, testing practices, and deployment pipelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Engineer delivering production features across the stack.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend technologies and frameworks together with solid backend development skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of databases, APIs, authentication, and cloud-hosted services commonly used in fullstack work.
• Ability to write clear, tested, and maintainable code while collaborating effectively in a remote Latin America#LATAM setting.
• Demonstrated ownership of technical projects, architectural thinking, and mentoring capacity.
