What This Role Involves

The Senior Finance Transformation Consultant will be part of a dynamic team tasked with building and optimizing back-office finance functions post-carve-out. The role involves strategic planning, process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive analysis of current processes and identifying areas for transformation and optimization.
• Developing and implementing new finance functions and systems that align with business objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
• Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance transformation or related field, preferably within a consulting environment.
• A proven track record in leading large-scale finance process re-engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or similar are preferred but not required.
