What This Role Involves
The Senior Facilities Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the M&E facilities in the building. Duties include overseeing day-to-day functions and activities of M&E systems, preparing a systematic approach to repair, maintenance, and improvement work, developing, implementing, reviewing, and maintaining the maintenance regime and processes, and reviewing processes and implementing improvements to building services.
