Pty is seeking a Senior Proposal Engineer to join our team in Central Johannesburg. This role involves preparing and submitting comprehensive proposals for HV substation and overhead line projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal departments, understand client requirements, develop technical solutions, prepare cost estimates, and ensure compliance with all necessary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive proposals for HV substation and overhead line projects
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and resources

• Ensure all proposals comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposal engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments effectively
• Strong understanding of HV substation and overhead line projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
