Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for building robust, efficient, and domain-specific AI systems using Language Models (LMs) and agentic architectures. As a core member of the team, you will be instrumental in developing the entire ML pipeline, from sophisticated data extraction techniques to fine-tuning advanced models.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement machine learning solutions for complex business problems using LMs and agentic architectures.
• Create and maintain robust ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions that drive business value.
• Conduct research on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and apply them to improve existing systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in building, training, and deploying machine learning models using LMs and agentic architectures.
• Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
• A deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
