What This Role Involves

The Senior Executive is a key subject matter expert responsible for work allocation, update tracking, documentation, reporting, and escalation handling. Key responsibilities include:

• Effective work allocation to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Continuous monitoring and updating of task progress through robust tracking systems.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for all relevant documents.
• Preparation and presentation of comprehensive reports on project status and outcomes.
• Conducting root cause analysis to identify issues and develop actionable plans for improvement.

<h2-Core Duties

The core duties involve:

• Work allocation: Ensuring tasks are distributed efficiently among team members based on their expertise and workload.
• Completion tracking: Regularly updating the status of ongoing projects to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Update tracking: Maintaining accurate records of all updates, changes, or modifications made during project execution.
• DTP update: Keeping documentation and reports up-to-date with the latest information and findings.
• Escalation handling and tracking: Identifying potential issues early and escalating them to higher management for timely resolution.
• Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on project progress, challenges faced, and proposed solutions or improvements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A minimum of a graduate degree.
• 3-6 years of experience in the commercial lines insurance sector specifically related to policy issuance processes.
