Jr. Executive – Exports & Logistics

The Opportunity

Kemin is seeking a Jr. Executive - Exports & Logistics for a full-time position based in Gummidipoondi, India (nationwide) (nationwide). This role involves daily order booking, ERP invoicing, E-Invoicing & dispatch to customers and C&F. The ideal candidate will ensure an error-free invoicing process while handling documentation, dispatch, and coordination with the Sales Team, Customers, C&F, transporters, and couriers.

Your Responsibilities

• Carry out daily order booking in M3
• ERP invoicing and E-Invoicing processes
• Dispatch to customers and C&F
• Error-free invoicing process management
• Handling documentation, dispatch, and coordination with Sales Team, Customers, C&F, transporters, and couriers
• Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth operations
• Occasional travel only when necessitated by work requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in exports & logistics is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in ERP systems and M3 would be advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Able to work in a business office environment
• Basic understanding of invoicing processes
