Role Overview
Be the vital first point of contact for our early morning transport operations at our Stonedon Drive Distribution Centre. This role involves hands-on site opening and coordination alongside customer service responsibilities during the AM shift (4:00 AM – ~12:30 PM).
Core Duties
- Ensure smooth operation of early morning transport activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for efficient logistics operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and timely deliveries.
- Assist in site preparation and opening procedures.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics and performance indicators.
Who We're Looking For
- A proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in logistics or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this early-start role.
