What You'll Do

• Operate grinding machines to produce precise and high-quality parts.
• Follow detailed production plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist with quality control checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in grinding operations or related manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Aptitude for precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
