Role Overview

The Maintenance Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all clinics and facilities are well maintained, safe, and operational. The role includes managing day-to-day maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of clinics, offices, and other facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for regular facility maintenance to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to perform necessary repairs and installations in a timely manner.
• Document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive measures taken.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols and emergency response plans for facilities.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic office equipment.
