Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Communications Lead to support and manage population health initiatives across our cluster. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating strategic priorities into clear communication plans and coordinating their execution across teams and partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create and deliver leadership messaging to support population health initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of communications plans

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior-level communications role, preferably within the healthcare or population health sector
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital and traditional media channels in healthcare communications
- A proven track record of success in population health initiatives or related fields
