About This Position
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Consultant to join our team at 365 Heroes GmbH in Nuremberg. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions and guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Microsoft-365 projects from strategy to execution
- Briefly advise customers on modern workplace concepts
- Design and deploy SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
- Introduce and optimize Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management solutions
- Implement Microsoft Defender and security strategies
- Support governance, compliance, and security requirements
- Carry out workshops and customer presentations
- Lead technical projects and steer client projects
- Migrate to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Document solutions and best practices
- Support the sales team in presales meetings
- Facilitate knowledge exchange within the team and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Multiple years of experience as a Microsoft-365 or cloud consultant
- Solid expertise in one or more of these areas: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, OneDrive, Purview (advantageous)
- Project management experience
- Customer-oriented appearance and communication skills
- Self-motivated and structured working style
- Excellent German language proficiency
- Good English language proficiency
