Senior Associate – Tax and or Audit

Brady Martz is hiring a full-time Senior Associate - Tax and Audit in Dickinson, Stark County. In this role, you'll take ownership of client engagements, mentor team members, and drive results across diverse industries and service lines.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate in our Tax and Audit practice, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a key leader within the team. You'll own the execution of mid-size and complex client engagements while working independently on assigned projects. This is a hands-on position where you'll demonstrate technical expertise, client focus, and the ability to elevate the work of those around you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute tax and audit engagements for clients across multiple industries, managing scope, timelines, and deliverable quality
• Work independently on most assigned tasks while collaborating on larger, more complex projects
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
• Review and mentor Associates, providing constructive feedback, training, and professional development guidance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable service delivery
• Research technical issues and apply judgment to resolve tax and audit matters
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and engagement execution

What We're Looking For

• Solid foundation in tax and/or audit with ability to work independently on complex assignments
• Track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a professional services environment
• Strong technical knowledge of tax or audit principles and procedures relevant to your specialty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and willingness to mentor junior staff
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• CPA credential or actively pursuing certification preferred
