About the Role
As a Seasonal Sales Associate at BoxLunch & Hot Topic in Salisbury, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience in one of the mall's most energetic retail environments. This full-time seasonal position lets you channel your enthusiasm for music, bands, movies, TV shows, and gaming into real interactions with fellow fans who are searching for that perfect piece of merchandise.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and help them find the merchandise that matches their interests and fandom
- Share your knowledge of bands, collectibles, apparel, and pop culture trends to build authentic connections
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the register
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and keep the store visually appealing and fully stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and flag items that need replenishment
- Answer customer questions about products, sizing, availability, and pricing with confidence

What We're Looking For
