What This Role Involves

As Assistant Manager at our Lincoln City location, you'll be instrumental in executing the store's daily operations and strategic goals. This position offers hands-on leadership, from the sales floor to the stockroom, with direct influence over the customer experience and team morale. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to maintain inventory standards, manage scheduling, and ensure our store remains a destination for music and pop culture enthusiasts.

Core Duties

• Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets through team engagement and floor presence
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and facility maintenance
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop staff through performance feedback, coaching, and career advancement opportunities
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain product presentation standards
• Lead by example in customer interactions and team collaboration
