You'll drive revenue through direct placement fees by identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates across multiple industries and organizational levels. This remote position offers the flexibility to build your recruiting career from Tennessee while maintaining key client relationships through occasional in-state travel.
What You'll Do
- Execute comprehensive 360-degree recruiting campaigns to source candidates in light industrial, engineering, field services, maintenance, and logistics markets
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and manage the placement process
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and hiring teams across Tennessee
- Market open positions through multiple channels to attract top talent
- Close direct hire placements and generate fee-based revenue
- Travel approximately 10% within Tennessee for client meetings and candidate engagement
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruiting or inside sales experience, preferably in industrial, engineering, or logistics staffing
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview capabilities
- Excellent relationship-building and closing skills
- Self-motivated professional comfortable driving results in a commission or fee-based model
- Current Tennessee residence required
- Ability to travel 10% of the time for client visits and relationship management
