The Opportunity
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as School-Age Childcare Staff for the before and after school programs at Milton Union Exempted Village School in West Milton, Ohio. This is a part-time position that aligns with the school calendar.
Core Duties
- Care for children aged 5-13 during the morning program from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM and the afternoon program from 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that align with educational and developmental goals.
Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 18 years old with a passion for working with children aged 5-13.
- Ability to follow established schedules and routines, including those aligned with the school calendar.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
