As a SAP/SF Payroll Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will sit at the intersection of technology and people, guiding clients through complex SAP SuccessFactors payroll implementations and transformation programs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP and SuccessFactors (SF) payroll solutions for enterprise clients.
• Translate client payroll and workforce requirements into scalable, compliant system configurations.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices that align talent strategy with broader organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Human Capital teams to address evolving work, workforce, and workplace dynamics.
• Troubleshoot, test, and refine payroll processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience configuring and delivering SAP and/or SuccessFactors payroll solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Consulting experience with the ability to advise senior client stakeholders.
• Analytical problem-solving skills paired with clear, confident communication.
• Willingness to work onsite in Boston in a full-time capacity.
