As a Sales Associate at our Libertyville location, you'll be the welcoming face of Ferrero and Fannie May, our heritage chocolate brand. This full-time retail position offers the opportunity to engage with customers daily while sharing the story behind our products and the values that have guided us for over a century.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers to the store and guide them through our selection of premium chocolates and confections
• Share product knowledge, including ingredients, flavors, and the heritage of Ferrero and Fannie May brands
• Process sales transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Keep the retail space organized, clean, and visually appealing
• Answer customer questions about dietary information, availability, and product recommendations
• Support merchandising and display initiatives
• Collaborate with your retail team to achieve daily and seasonal goals
