As a Jewelry Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor for customers searching for engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewelry, and luxury watches. This role combines customer service excellence with product knowledge, giving you the chance to make a real impact during customers' most meaningful occasions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized jewelry consultations based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Demonstrate product knowledge about diamonds, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship across our full collection
• Guide customers through the selection process, explaining features, quality, and value
• Complete sales transactions, process payments, and manage customer accounts securely
• Maintain attractive product displays and organized merchandise in the retail environment
• Handle customer inquiries and support store operations to deliver excellent service
