Position Summary

As an Apprentice Jeweler with Signet Jewelers, you'll begin your professional journey in jewelry service and design. This full-time apprenticeship role combines hands-on technical training with administrative support, giving you a comprehensive introduction to the jewelry business. You'll work closely with experienced jewelers on our Field Design & Service Center team, learning industry practices while contributing meaningfully to daily operations from day one.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete administrative and clerical tasks including order processing, inventory tracking, and customer documentation
• Polish jewelry pieces to restore shine and prepare items for repair or sale
• Assist senior jewelers with basic repairs, cleaning, and preparation work under supervision
• Learn jewelry design principles and service techniques through hands-on training
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
• Support customer interactions by handling inquiries and managing service requests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision while continuously learning
• Physical ability to perform hands-on work with fine jewelry and materials
• Reliable attendance and a professional demeanor
• Willingness to develop technical jewelry skills over time
