About the Role

As Salaried GP at Penrose Surgery & Penrose Maddock Way you will practise patient-focused medicine backed by lead GPs, group clinical leads and a strong administrative framework. The presence of an allied-health team keeps on-call duties low, home visits infrequent, minor-illness appointments light, repeat-prescription volume modest and administrative load markedly reduced, freeing you to concentrate on high-value clinical work. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Carry out safe, effective consultations for a varied primary-care caseload, drawing on full GMC-registered clinical knowledge
• Partner with nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, mental-health specialists and clinical administrative experts to coordinate seamless patient pathways
• Apply competence in EMIS, T-Quest and Pathlinks to document care, order investigations and manage results efficiently
• Contribute to a shared workload that deliberately limits unsupported out-of-hours cover, domiciliary visits and routine paperwork
• Participate in scheduled learning, wellbeing activities and team social events that sustain professional development and enjoyment

Who We're Looking For

• GMC registration and demonstrable clinical expertise appropriate to general practice
• Clear, confident communication skills with both patients and colleagues
• Proven familiarity with EMIS, T-Quest and Pathlinks systems
• Ability to deliver high-standard consultations inside a multidisciplinary model
• Commitment to working in a practice culture that actively protects clinician time and wellbeing
