Good Samaritan's Woodland community in Brainerd, Minnesota is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for our evening shift care team. Serve seniors in a mission-driven nonprofit with a century-plus history of providing compassionate residential and healthcare services.
About the Role
As an RN on our evening shift, you'll deliver clinical care to our senior residents, managing assessments, medications, health monitoring, and support during evening hours. This full-time position offers the scheduling consistency of a dedicated evening shift.
What You'll Do
- Perform patient health assessments and contribute to individualized care planning
- Safely administer medications and maintain comprehensive medication records
- Monitor residents' vital signs and clinical status throughout the evening
- Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, and family members
- Document care activities and clinical observations in patient records
- Provide compassionate support to residents in a caring, faith-centered environment
What We're Looking For
- Minnesota Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Prior experience in senior living, long-term care, or clinical settings strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently within the care team
- Dedication to patient-centered, dignified care for older adults
- Reliability and comfort with evening shift responsibilities
