Position Summary
Baylor University Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in the Interventional Radiology department. This role will be based in Highland Park, Texas and requires a commitment from 6a-4p with 40 scheduled hours per week. The start date is set for August 18, 2025.
What You'll Do
- Provide patient care in the Interventional Radiology department under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including catheterization and angiography.
- Administer medications as directed by the healthcare team.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their comfort during procedures.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Skills & Qualifications
- A current and valid RN license in the state of Texas is required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an interventional radiology or related setting preferred but not mandatory.
