Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Northern Counties Health Care. This position is part-time and based in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. As an RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention while maintaining comfort and dignity.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient health status and develop individualized care plans
