About the Role

As the Retail Fragrances Sales Counter Manager for Kilian at our Memorial City Macy's, you'll oversee all daily operations at the fragrances counter, ensuring our guests receive expert guidance and exceptional service. You'll manage inventory, drive sales performance, and maintain the visual presentation of our premium fragrance collections while upholding the standards that have made Macy's a destination for beauty shoppers across the nation.

• Manage fragrances counter operations and daily staff activities
