We're seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our Charlotte Panera location. In this role, you'll be essential to our daily success—greeting guests with genuine warmth, fulfilling orders accurately, and maintaining the inviting atmosphere our customers expect. You'll work directly with our team to keep our bakery-café running smoothly while ensuring every guest receives attentive, friendly service.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders at the counter or register
• Prepare beverages, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Panera standards
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain food prep areas, dining spaces, and restrooms to our cleanliness standards
• Support bakery operations and stock inventory as needed
• Collaborate with teammates to prioritize orders during busy service periods
• Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options
• Follow health, safety, and food handling protocols consistently
