Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Responsable Relations Clients Entrepôts to join our dynamic team at Bigblue in Evreux. As part of the Customer Success department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our warehouse clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional service by resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular client meetings and surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to address any concerns or challenges faced by clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relations, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of client issues.
