Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Therapeutic Practitioner to join our team at Nurturing Growth & Compassionate Care Ltd. This role is based in Edgware, Greater London, and requires full-time commitment on a permanent basis.

Core Duties

• To provide therapeutic support and care to residents within the facility
• To work under a shift pattern of 2 days on / 4 days off, including 2 sleep-ins per week
• To be available for weekends and bank holidays as required
• To report directly to the Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
• To maintain high standards of care and support in line with company policies and procedures

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced Residential Therapeutic Practitioner (Senior / Key Worker level)
• A strong passion for supporting the well-being of residents
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
