About the Role
C&S Companies is seeking a Resident Transportation Engineer to join our team in Rochester, New York. This role will be full-time and requires no remote work.
What You'll Do
- Conduct site visits and inspections for transportation projects
- Prepare and review technical reports and plans related to transportation infrastructure
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders on various engineering tasks

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
- Experience in transportation engineering, preferably in a similar role
- Strong technical skills and ability to work with complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
