Role Overview
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation within our company. This position is based in Lakewood, NJ (Onsite) and reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across all departments to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools such as DMAIC, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly to all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control systems is essential.
