This position is based in Lakewood, NJ (Onsite) and reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across all departments to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in quality and efficiency. Evaluate current systems, tools, and technologies to recommend upgrades or replacements that align with company goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering roles within the manufacturing industry.
