About the Role
We're seeking dedicated care professionals for day and evening shifts, with rotating weekend schedules across both full-time and part-time positions. You'll work alongside our nursing team to deliver person-centered care that respects resident dignity and promotes independence and well-being.
Schedule & Shifts
- Full-time positions: Day shift (6am–2pm) or Evening shift (2pm–10pm)
- Part-time positions: Day shift (6am–2pm) or Evening shift (2pm–10pm)
- Rotating weekend schedule for all positions
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and activities of daily living
- Help residents with safe mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury
- Monitor and report resident comfort, health changes, and behavioral observations to nursing staff
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
- Support residents' emotional and social needs through respectful, compassionate interaction
- Follow individualized care plans and facility protocols
- Communicate clearly with the care team about resident needs and preferences
What We're Looking For
- RCA certification or CNA certification (or willingness to obtain CNA certification)
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact effectively with residents and staff
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple care tasks with attention to detail
- Genuine compassion, patience, and respect for resident autonomy and dignity
- Reliability and a commitment to show up consistently, including weekend rotations
- Physical capability to assist residents safely with mobility and personal care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment
