About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team based in Coimbatore South. This role involves providing voice-based support to international and domestic customers via inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers through clear and confident communication, focusing on customer satisfaction and ensuring first-time resolution of issues.

• Provide voice-based support to customers over the phone
• Build a positive relationship with customers by offering excellent service
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
• Engage with technical teams for faster resolutions to complex problems
• Collaborate with content teams to identify gaps in help modules and improve documentation

Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to deliver exceptional customer service through voice-based interactions. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues when necessary
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
