What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive customers reaching out via phone and digital channels
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Leverage web-based tools and internal systems to look up account details, process requests, and document outcomes
• Guide customers through vehicle sales inquiries, service scheduling questions, and product information
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalations to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics set by Teleperformance USA clients

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-friendly tone
• Comfort navigating multiple web-based applications simultaneously in a remote work environment
• Interest or background in the automotive industry — sales, service, or general automotive knowledge is a plus
• Ability to handle a high volume of contacts while maintaining accuracy and composure
• Self-motivated and dependable with a reliable home office setup suitable for remote work in West Virginia
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales support roles preferred
