Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Relationship Banker to join our team in the Glendale Burbank area. This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, California. As a Relationship Banker at Bank of America, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while providing exceptional service and financial solutions.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate client needs and provide tailored financial advice to meet their goals
• Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling products and services
• Process transactions, loans, and other banking activities in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate effectively with clients in Armenian or Spanish to ensure clear understanding of financial solutions
• Stay updated on the latest banking trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Armenian or Spanish
• A proven track record in relationship management within a bank or financial institution
• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulations
• A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
