About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at our Anderson Mill Freestanding Emergency Center, you'll deliver compassionate patient care in a dynamic setting where your clinical voice is heard and valued. Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing colleagues, you'll contribute to exceptional emergency services for our Cedar Park and Williamson County community.
What You'll Do
- Assess, monitor, and provide direct nursing care to patients with acute medical and surgical conditions
- Perform clinical procedures and administer medications within scope of practice
- Develop and implement patient care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient information and care thoroughly and accurately
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in hospital councils and nursing initiatives that influence departmental decisions
- Help maintain a safe, efficient emergency care environment
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Clinical nursing experience in emergency or acute care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
