Registered Nurse – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at our Tucson rehabilitation hospital, you'll play a central role in our patients' recovery journeys. This is a full-time position where you'll combine clinical skill with compassionate care, supporting individuals as they regain independence and rebuild their lives following injury or surgery. Your expertise will directly influence treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in our rehabilitation program, monitoring health status and responding to changing clinical needs
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and perform clinical procedures according to established protocols
• Communicate regularly with physicians, therapists, and family members to coordinate comprehensive rehabilitation services
• Document patient progress, vital signs, and nursing interventions with accuracy and timeliness
• Support patients' physical and emotional wellbeing while promoting their active participation in therapy and recovery
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

What We're Looking For

• Current, active RN license in Arizona
• Minimum of one year nursing experience (inpatient or acute care preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-based environment
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and support patients safely
